Punters

We met in the southwest corner of germany. mostly at concerts, mostly by coincidence, where we used to feed our favorite musicians with chocolate bars. somehow we landed in berlin.
still going to concerts, supporting idealistic people like the fourtrack kids. without having a band we were “forced” to play our first concert at schokoladen in may 2009. we were lucky to open for the great canadian bands the phonemes and the forest city lovers. so we needed a name and songs. meike and alisa became pontus, became punters without “the”, became a singer song writer duo, that rehearses at open mics.people keep telling us we are cute, which makes us suffer.
we want to be riot.
